A workshop was organised and conducted by Climate Action Center (CAC) where students of 10th standard and teachers from Khadija Kazi Ali Memorial High School were invited in order to provide a basic understanding on the “The Wonders of Indus Delta Mangroves”.

Workshop facilitator was Ms. Warda Mumtaz who is working as a researcher at CAC. 

The workshop aimed to raise awareness and deepen students’ understanding of the mangrove forest ecosystem in Pakistan, specifically focusing on the Indus Delta. Students explored the significance of the Indus Delta and mangroves through engaging presentations and hands-on activities. They created impactful posters and shared their insights, receiving certificates and souvenirs as tokens of appreciation. The event successfully sparked environmental awareness and active student participation.
